China City in American Falls

Had their lack of egg drop broth(egg drop soup) and hot and something?(hot and sour soup) worse than 95% of gas station food I've eaten over my 25 years, I've been a door to door salesmen for 7 of those years and let me tell you I'm no Rachel Ray. But I've eaten gas station mystery meat sticks that have given me much more satisfaction than their soup. Can't speak for the food but I would not recommend the soup. It's also been lava hot for the last 25 minutes. Keep everyone you know away from their soup

My fiance and I stopped here on a cross-country road trip when he'd been craving Chinese food. Real talk: he loved his food, I loved my food, and service was great despite the fact that we showed up at 9 pm on a Tuesday. We would have given it five stars EXCEPT for the fact that I don't eat meat, and at the time of this review there was only one non-meat option that I could find on the menu (except for grilled cheese, but really, who goes to a Chinese restaurant for grilled cheese??). If this isn't a concern for you, check it out next time you're in American Falls and want some good food!

Best Chinese in town

We were driving by American Falls and decided to have lunch at China City. Great food and so much better than the food chains by the road!

This is a great restaurant. I have never eaten anything here I didn't like. I always go for General Sours and Fried Rice. You could never go wrong with China City.

By far the best Chinese food I've ever had.. The owners are very friendly. My husband and I always stop and eat dinner after a full day of hunting and it definitely hits the spot!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in American Falls. The food's always fresh, the staff is always friendly and remembers my favorite dishes. The atmosphere here is really nice, laid-back & inviting. This is an excellent place for family get-togethers, company parties, etc.I highly recommend it.

This is the place to go to get real Chinese food. Love this place. We are 12 hours away from China City but we stop every time we get a chance. Try it out for yourself.

Delicious chicken fried steak. Its huge you will need to take it home and start on it again maybe a couple times

The food was tasty and fresh, although it wasn't remarkable. The chicken and broccoli was the best of the dishes I tried. The restaurant appeared very clean, and the atmosphere was casual.

Me and my buddy drive 20 minutes from Pocatello just to have their spicy crab meat dish. Love it. The staff is very friendly.

Excellent food and great service! I've been to many different Chinese food restaurant and this one is by far the best one I've been to. I love the tinfoil chicken and the crispy chicken strips with red sauce. So delicious! Highly recommended!
